Policy and Rate

 

Delivery Policy:  We will dispatch your order by post or courier. International orders may take a little longer. Please contact us for information on overseas charges and deliveries.

 

Service Standard:  All other orders require one to two business days to process before shipping. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers.

 

Ordering and Shipping Confirmation: After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation from AgraCo containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will also email you when your order has shipped and provide you with your order tracking information. Order status and tracking information is also available via the View Order Status and History screen on the Storefront on which you placed your order.

 

Shipping Methods: This site provides a variety of shipping methods-each Storefront Client will determine available shipping options. Standard shipping methods supported are:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • Weight Table Based Shipping
  • Price Table Based Shipping
  • Quantity Based Shipping
  • Minimum or Weight Shipping
  • Flat Rate Shipping
  • Base + Weight Shipping

Payment Options: We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover Card and VISA credit cards. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs for orders placed online.

 

Sales Tax: This site supports the collection and remittance of Sales Tax for all US states. The application of sales tax to your order is determined by the rules governing the specific Storefront Client whose product you are purchasing and the state to which the order will be shipped. Please check your sales tax charges at checkout.

 

Telephone, Mail : We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service. Some Storefront Clients may offer the option of telephone, mail or fax ordering. Where these options are offered, in order to help expedite the process, please browse the Storefront, collect your product codes, and have your credit card ready before placing your call. Within the United States please call the toll free number for the specific Client Storefront on which your product is advertised. 

 

Backorders: This site supports backorder processing. Your ability to place a backorder for out of stock product is determined by the policy of the individual Storefront Client. Please note that your credit card will only be charged when items you have ordered are released for shipping (shipping charges and sales tax are charged for the entire order on the first shipment). You may cancel backorders from the appropriate Storefront at any time using the View Order History and Status screen.

 

Credit Rejection: Because we do not charge your credit card until your order is released for shipment, it is possible that the charge may be rejected. In this event, we will send you an email notifying you of this occurrence and cancel the related order lines (in the case of backorders, your card may be charged at different times as product come into stock).
